Robyn Baute

Robyn Baute, PHR, serves as the North America Region Coordinator for HR/Finance at Brown-Forman since April 2012, where responsibilities include creating and implementing employee development programs, managing employee data through HRIT systems (SAP/Workday), and leading the annual awards process. Additionally, Robyn facilitates performance management processes and team-building sessions. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager, supporting HR functions for both Brown-Forman and The Alliance, and working as an HR Generalist at Insight Communications. Robyn's early career featured roles such as Special Projects and Human Resource Intern at Springfield Public Schools and Recruiter/Personnel Supervisor at Select Staffing. Holding a BS in Human Resource Management from Missouri State University, Robyn brings extensive expertise in HR operations and employee development.
