Simon Briggs

Simon Briggs is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing human resource functions across various organizations. At Brown-Forman, since February 2014, Simon has established the HR department from the ground up, overseeing 150 employees in Scotland. Prior experience includes a temporary role as Central Human Resources Manager at Interstate Europe Hotels & Resorts, providing HR support to approximately 40 hotels, and a brief stint as Recruiting Manager at Webhelp UK, where Simon facilitated recruitment events. Previously, Simon served as Cluster Human Resources Manager at Puma Hotels Collection, managing HR, training, and development for 220 employees. Additional roles included HR Manager at Corus Hotels and HR Adviser at Airtours. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of Reading and has also studied at the University of Mississippi.
