Justin A. Wolfort

Justin Wolfort is a Director and senior member of BGL’s Diversified Industrials team. Justin has significant experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial restructurings, and valuations with a specialization within Industrials, including capital equipment, material handling and conveyance, industrial technologies and automation, engineered materials, and metals sectors. Prior to joining BGL, Justin was a director with Western Reserve Partners where he led transaction executions, including sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions and capital raises, across diverse subsectors within the Industrials market. He began his career in corporate finance as an analyst with KeyBanc Capital Markets and McDonald Investments.
