Nikitha Menon

Nikitha Menon is a seasoned entertainment executive currently serving as Vice President at Hisako, overseeing TV development projects under an overall deal at ONYX Collective/Marvel Studios since March 2022. As a mentor for The Salon's Class of 2022, Nikitha supports junior executives of color in navigating the industry's challenges. In addition, Nikitha co-hosts and co-created The Chaat Room Podcast, focusing on the journeys of South Asians in Hollywood. Previously, Nikitha held pivotal roles including Director of Development at Ladies’ Car Productions, where a commitment to LGBTQIA and BIPOC stories was emphasized, and participated in esteemed programs such as CAPE Leadership Fellowship and TIME'S UP Entertainment's Who's in the Room mentorship. Educationally, Nikitha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UCLA, complemented by a Minor in Film & Television.
