Tim Knowles

Tim Knowles is a Broker - Land Specialist at Brown Investment Properties, bringing 30 years of experience in the Piedmont Triad market. Previously, Tim worked as a Land Planner/Landscape Architect at Borum, Wade and Associates, P.A., where Tim was Vice President of Landscape Architecture. Tim also owned LandPlan, PA, a landscape architecture design company, and worked as a Design/Build Landscape Architect at New Garden Landscape. Their early career included being a Planning Assistant at the City of Morgantown, WV. Tim holds a BSLA in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University.
