Susan Yohn

Susan (Torchia) Yohn, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Brown Plus, overseeing all facets of the HR department since July 2011. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, compliance with HR laws, and advising clients on various HR issues. Prior to this role, Susan served as Human Resources Manager at Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz, and held positions as Employment Specialist at Penn State Health Holy Spirit and HR Assistant at Holy Spirit, a Geisinger affiliate. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
