Shane Firmin

Shane Firmin is an experienced professional in workforce development and organizational training, currently serving as the Owner of Firmin Holdings LLC since June 2024, a company that offers consulting services and yoga instruction. Since May 2016, Shane holds the position of Director of Workforce Development at Brown & Root Industrial Services, LLC, overseeing performance management and the training of 10,000 employees across various business lines. Previously, Shane held senior roles in workforce development at Brown & Root, CB&I, and The Shaw Group, where responsibilities included managing training programs, enhancing corporate culture, and executing strategic initiatives.
