Elena Rey

Elena Rey, currently a partner at Brown Rudnick LLP, heads the Litigation Funding and co-heads the Special Situations practice. Prior to joining Brown Rudnick LLP, Elena worked as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Elena specializes in representing private equity funds, corporations, lenders, and family offices in complex litigation funding and asset finance projects. Elena is an alumna of Harvard University.
