Emily Daughters

As the Chief Talent Officer, Emily Daughters leads and executes Brown Rudnick's talent strategy, overseeing the Firm's legal recruitment, professional development, equity, inclusion, and diversity, and retention initiatives.

Emily heads a team of former practicing lawyers and legal recruitment professionals who work collaboratively with firm leadership to recruit, engage and retain motivated lawyers who provide outstanding counsel and service to clients.

Emily is a strategic resource for the firm and cultivates Brown Rudnick's deeply ingrained culture of collaboration, communication, and collegiality. Emily shepherds our most important asset - our people - nurturing leadership, identifying motivators, and expanding personal skills.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Emily served as an Associate Development Manager at Goodwin. Before transitioning to professional development, Emily practiced as a litigator at Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar and Krokidas & Bluestein.
