Rowan Harwood-Marshall

Rowan Harwood-Marshall has an extensive work experience in human resources and talent development. They began their career as a Graduate Recruiter at Merrill Lynch in 2005 and later worked as a Recruitment Manager at DTZ from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Network Rail as a Senior Resourcing Manager and subsequently held the positions of HR Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner. In 2012, Rowan joined Aon as a Senior HR Business Partner and later became an HR Director. In 2018, they joined Integro Insurance Brokers as the Head of US Human Resources. From 2019 to 2023, Rowan worked at Fragomen, starting as the East Coast HR Leader before becoming the HR Leader for the US East, LatAm & Canada region and finally the Global Head of Talent Development & HR Leader. Currently, Rowan is employed as the Chief People Officer at Brown Rudnick LLP, starting in 2023.

Rowan Harwood-Marshall completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Brighton, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. After that, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
