Cara Walters

Cara Walters currently serves as the Head of HR at Brown Shipley, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Cara fulfilled roles such as Head of HR Business Partners & HR Operations at Charles Stanley & Co. Limited from 2019 to July 2024, and Head of HR for Asia at Coutts from 2013 to 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Senior HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific at AIG from 2012 to 2013, and leading HR for both Europe and Asia Pacific at MF Global between 2008 and 2011. Earlier in Cara's career, HR Business Partner roles were held at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank from 2006 to 2002, respectively. Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in German from UCL, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
