Aušra Mačernienė

Aušra Mačernienė is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR BP at TransferGo since August 2025 and as a Lecturer at Vilnius CODING School since December 2023. Prior to these roles, Aušra worked as an HR Business Partner at Surfshark from July 2024 to August 2025 and as a Senior People Partner at Vipps MobilePay from May 2023 to November 2024.
