Dan K. Schoenleber

Dan is a Partner in the Transaction Advisory and Litigation Support Services (TALS) practice at Brown Smith Wallace. His approach to client service allows him to forge solid, mutually respectful relationships with clients, ultimately increasing the efficiency on both sides of the transaction.

As a Partner in this group, Dan assists clients through mergers and acquisitions by leading due diligence and quality of earnings engagements. He also assists clients in purchase price negotiations, post-closing working capital and opening balance sheet procedures. Dan performs business valuations, fraud and forensic accounting, and litigation support engagements for clients in various industries. He has extensive experience working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as transaction services for public companies.
