Harvey is a Co-Founder of Brown Smith Wallace and a Partner in the Transaction Advisory and Litigation Support Group.

Harvey has 40+ years of hands-on expertise in tax planning and business consulting. He helps privately held client companies in the manufacturing, distribution and services industries plan for growth and improve profitability. Harvey provides companies with independent professional advice on transactions, family law matters, valuation, disputes and investigations. He has also prepared numerous business valuations and has provided expert testimony relating to corporate valuations. He also actively directs numerous engagements for many of the firm’s audit and tax clients.

An involved civic and community leader, Harvey serves on the boards of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, the United Way of Greater St. Louis, the Magic House, Wyman Center, The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital and The St. Louis Men’s Group Against Cancer.
