Bradford Gibbs

Bradford Gibbs currently serves as the Urry and Comfort Family Senior Lecturer in Economics and Visiting Assistant Professor of the Practice at Brown University since January 2018. Previously, Gibbs contributed as a Professor Contributor to The Wall Street Journal from July 2019 to June 2023, providing educational content, including summaries and lesson plans. Other notable positions include serving as a student teacher in High School History at Paul Cuffee Charter School in late 2017, and holding key roles at Atlas Mara Ltd. as Interim CFO, and at Morgan Stanley as Managing Director, overseeing various divisions within investment banking. Gibbs began a financial career at UBS Investment Bank and Salomon Brothers as a financial analyst. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Teaching from Brown University, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a BA in History from Brown University.
