Edward Miller

Edward Miller currently serves as Chair at the University of Massachusetts Gerontology and has held the position of Editor-In-Chief for the Journal of Aging & Social Policy since 2016. With a long history in academia, Edward has been a Professor and Associate Professor of Gerontology at UMass Boston since 2009, where additional roles include Fellow at the Gerontology Institute and Graduate Program Director for the PhD in Gerontology. Furthermore, Edward has been involved in teaching at Brown University and contributed to health policy research at Yale University. Prior experience includes serving as a Social Policy Analyst for the Congressional Research Service. Edward's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Health Services Organization and Policy and Political Science from the University of Michigan, as well as degrees from Victoria University of Wellington and Cornell University.
