Katherine Porter

Katherine Porter, MSOL, serves as the Director of Communications for the Division of Campus Life at Brown University, where responsibilities include developing strategic communications plans, content creation, and event oversight. With prior roles at the university as Associate Director and Assistant Director of Communications, Porter has extensive experience in communications and marketing within various organizations, including the RI Coalition Against Domestic Violence, where as Communications Manager, efforts focused on raising awareness through media engagement and public campaigns. Notable previous positions also include Communications & Marketing Manager at The Women's Resource Center and Development & Marketing Manager at South County Habitat for Humanity. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.
