Katie Stewart

Katie Stewart currently serves as the Assistant Director of Pre-College Programs for Humanities & Online Courses at Brown University since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Professor of English at Greenville Technical College from January 2012 to May 2023, where responsibilities encompassed teaching first-year composition and mentoring adjunct faculty. Additionally, Katie has taught developmental courses, served as an ESL teacher for adults in Greenville County Schools, worked as a substitute teacher, and functioned as a copywriter and freelance writer. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Instructional Design from Georgetown University, a Master’s degree in English Literature from Middlebury College, and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Belhaven University.
