Vanessa Cho

Vanessa Cho currently serves as a Design Partner at GV (Google Ventures) since 2018, leading the design efforts and collaborating with investors to enhance business strategies for over 300 companies. Additionally, Vanessa is an Adjunct Professor of the Practice of Computer Science at Brown University, teaching CS 1300 since September 2023. An experienced advisor and angel investor, Vanessa has contributed to various startups, including Reddit and One Medical, since 2013. Previous roles include UX Director at Google, responsible for UX and Research for Google Workspace, and Senior Director of UX and Research at both GoPro and @Walmart Labs, where Vanessa led design teams and enhanced user experiences across multiple platforms. Vanessa holds a B.A. in Visual Arts and Art History from Brown University and additional education from the Rhode Island School of Design.
