Warren Simmons

Warren Simmons is a seasoned educator and administrator, currently serving as a Senior Fellow at the National Education Policy Center within the School of Education at the University of Colorado, Boulder, since January 2018. Prior to this role, Warren held the position of Executive Director at the Annenberg Institute at Brown University and served as Executive Director at the Philadelphia Education Fund from September 1995 to September 1998. Warren earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from Cornell University between 1973 and 1979 and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Macalester College from 1969 to 1973.
