Kim Devore, MBA, SHRM-SCP (she/her/hers) has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Kim is currently working as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Browne Consulting Group since May 2021. Prior to this, Kim served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Linedata from February 2020 to April 2021. Kim also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Injured Workers Pharmacy from November 2017 to February 2020, where they provided advice and counsel on employee relations, organizational design, human capital planning, policy development, benefit plan design, and communication strategies.
From May 2016 to November 2017, Kim worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Kayem Foods, Inc., collaborating with executives and line managers on performance management, workforce development, employee engagement, and productivity. Kim was responsible for the development of policies and procedures, talent management processes, benefit plan design, and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues.
Before that, Kim served as an HR Manager at Reily Foods Company from July 2015 to March 2016, where they integrated a newly acquired subsidiary, implemented a learning management solution, standardized HR processes, and focused on training, development, and learning retention of employees.
Prior to their role at Reily Foods Company, Kim worked as a Global HR Manager at CSM Bakery Solutions from July 2014 to July 2015, where they were a member of the Global Project Management Team responsible for implementing new business procedures using SAP in 10 countries. Kim also acted as an Interim Benefits Manager and a Human Resources Manager at CSM Bakery Solutions.
Earlier in their career, Kim held the position of Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement from June 2010 to October 2011, where they conducted new hire orientations, developed succession plans, and promoted diversity and inclusion. Kim also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at FUJIFILM Recording Media U.S.A., Inc. from February 2008 to March 2010, where they contributed to cost savings, developed recruiting strategies, and implemented a performance rating system.
Kim's career in human resources began at The Leddy Group, where they worked as a Resource Specialist from June 2000 to March 2006. In this role, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting, matching employees to client companies, and administering pre-employment screening processes.
Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including employee relations, organizational design, talent management, policy development, benefit plan design, and change management. Kim holds an MBA and is certified as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management.
Kim Devore, MBA, SHRM-SCP (she/her/hers) holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they obtained from Fitchburg State University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from the University of New Brunswick in 2005. Additionally, Kim holds an Associates of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, which they obtained from NHTI, Concord's Community College in 2002.
