Warren Browne

Warren Browne, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. As the Founder and CEO of Browne Consulting since January 2016, Warren focuses on providing finance, accounting, and human resources support to life science companies, particularly venture-backed start-ups from seed stage through Series B. Prior roles include Director of Finance at SSH Communications Security, Chief Financial Officer for Service Point Solutions SA, Controller at Boston Lobster Company, Accounting/Systems Manager at The RMR Group, and Accountant at The Want Advertiser. Warren holds an MBA in Accounting from Bentley University and a BS in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Stonehill College.
