Rebecca Burge

Rebecca Burge is a Tax Senior Associate at Browne Jacobson LLP, engaged since January 2018, where a progression from Tax Associate to Tax Solicitor has occurred. Prior experience includes serving as a Tax Solicitor at Shoosmiths from September 2014 to January 2018. Rebecca has expertise in negotiating tax warranties and covenants for company transactions and implementing EMI option schemes for private companies. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from the University of Law, Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of York, supplemented by studies at King Edward VI College and Higham Lane School.
