Jay Mense

Jay is involved in the design, implementation and management of important aspects of the Deepwater Horizon Economic Settlement Program resulting from the April 20, 2010 BP Oil Spill. Jay assisted in the building of the claims review process and performed testing to ensure accurate functionality. He oversees complicated claims processing issues for claimants and their legal representatives, interpreting complex provisions of the settlement agreement and implementing those polices in the review process.

Prior to joining BrownGreer, Jay was involved in the e-discovery of documents for disposition, confidentiality, privilege, quality control and Spanish language review.

Jay joined BrownGreer in April 2012 and was named Counsel in October 2012.
