Lucas Morera Ortega

Lucas Morera Ortega has extensive experience in sustainability and corporate growth, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability and Partner in Growth at Brownie since January 2014. Prior roles at Brownie include Head of People and positions in Expansion and Retail. Before joining Brownie, Lucas worked as a Technical Assistant/Project Staff at the Association of Organizations of Mediterranean Businesswomen AFAEMME from May to December 2013. Educationally, Lucas holds a Máster en Relaciones Internacionales with a specialization in Peace and Security from the Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals, a Master in Project Management from Universitat Ramon Llull, a Postgraduate degree in Environmental Awareness and Communication from the University of Barcelona, a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Politics from the University of Greenwich, and further training in Talent Management and Strategic HR from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Esade, respectively.
