Charles Nathan Russell

Charles Nathan Russell is an experienced urban designer and master planner currently employed at Browning Day since June 2023. Russell has held previous positions including Land Entitlement Manager at Arbor Homes/Silverthorne Homes from July 2021 to June 2023, Designer and Planner at PCS Group from May 2020 to May 2021, and Designer and Land Planner at KEPHART from May 2017 to January 2020. Additional experience includes working as an Associate Planner for the City of Columbus Planning Department, an intern at the Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development, and roles at Dodd Saw Mills Inc. and Shakamak State Park. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Urban Design from Ball State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning and Development from the same institution.
