Chris Loebsack

Chris Loebsack has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as Managing Principal at Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC, since December 2012, where the focus is on comprehensive eviction-related legal solutions in multiple states. In addition to this role, Chris holds positions as 'Of Counsel' Attorney at Brownlee Whitlow & Praet, PLLC since May 2019, and Board Chair of the Humanities Advancement Board at Clemson University since September 2015. Chris has contributed to several boards, including serving as Past Member of the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of North Carolina and the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association. With a background in landlord advisory services and construction litigation, Chris has provided various legal services and training to property management professionals. Chris earned a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Clemson University.
