Ian Richards

Ian Richards is an accomplished marketing and digital leader with extensive experience in e-commerce, CRM, and loyalty strategies. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing & Digital at Browns Shoes Inc. since February 2024, Ian oversees marketing initiatives and e-commerce operations. As the Founder of Everest Digital, established in November 2023, consulting services are provided focusing on digital marketing and analytics within the retail sector. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Ecommerce & Performance Marketing at Indigo, where Ian managed e-commerce P&L and performance marketing, and Senior Vice President of Digital & CRM/Loyalty at Groupe Dynamite, emphasizing digital strategies and customer relationship management. Ian's expertise is further underlined by advisory contributions to the Customer Relationship Management Conference from August 2016 to January 2022. Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from the University of Auckland.
