The Project Management and Construction team at Brownstone ensures that construction projects are executed efficiently from inception to completion. Led by the Senior Project Manager, this team coordinates all aspects of a project, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with regulations. The Project Manager oversees day-to-day operations, while the Construction Manager handles on-site activities and resource management. The Superintendent supervises construction crews to ensure quality control and safety standards are met. Collectively, they work to deliver projects on time and within budget, consistently exceeding client expectations.
