Roni Louise Rentfro

Roni Louise Rentfro has extensive experience in educational leadership within the Brownsville Independent School District, currently serving as the District Coordinator of School Improvement and District Champion for Student Learning Objectives since August 2017. Previous roles include District Coordinator for School Improvement and various administrative positions focusing on accountability and support for curriculum initiatives from 2011 to 2016. Roni Rentfro was the founding principal of Brownsville Early College High School, dedicated to serving minority and first-generation college students, and has significant experience in grant management and program administration. Education includes a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston and a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Brownsville.
