Anupama Fernando

Anupama Fernando is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for the APAC region at Browzwear since August 2025. Anupama's extensive experience at MAS Holdings from September 2015 to April 2025 included roles such as Head of DPC CoE, focusing on Generative AI, 3D, and Voice of Customer (VoC) strategies, and Group Lead DPC, where responsibilities encompassed technology adoption, customer success metrics, and product development management. Anupama began a career as a Business Analyst, emphasizing business requirement documentation and data analysis.
