Jana Zafirovska

Jana Zafirovska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management within the technology and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success - APAC at HireVue since November 2019, Jana has previously held roles including Senior Customer Success Director and Customer Success Director at the same company, where responsibility included leading teams, driving customer retention, and improving process efficiencies. Prior to HireVue, Jana enhanced client success as a Senior Client Success Specialist at Indeed.com and as an Enterprise Campaign Manager at OneAffiniti.
