Rian Herzianty Bte Mohd Reduan

Rian Herzianty Bte Mohd Reduan has worked in a variety of roles in the past seven years. In 2013, they began their career as a Part-Time Sales Assistant at Monsoon Accessorize, where they gained experience in handling difficult customers, providing information and advice confidently, and problem solving. In 2014, they began working at Toasties Sandwich Shop as a Sandwich Artist, where they were part of the pioneer batch of workers. That same year, they also started their own online business, RNHR, selling DIY accessories like necklaces and flower crowns. In 2016, they were an Intern at CHICHI VONTANG and a Student Intern at Browzwear. In 2017, they became a Learning Experience Designer and 3D Apparel Specialist at Browzwear, where they designed the learning experience and content for Browzwear software users within their learning platform, Browzwear University, and provided onsite and offsite training on Browzwear's 3D software for clients across Asia and Europe.

Rian Herzianty Bte Mohd Reduan's education history includes a Diploma from Temasek Polytechnic, specialising in Fashion Design & Merchandising from 2014 to 2017, and O-levels from Bedok North Secondary School from 2010 to 2013. In addition, Rian has obtained a Foundations in Customer Education certification from Skilljar in December 2022, a Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level from the Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE) in 2014, a Certificate of Distinction at Singapore Youth Festival 2013 Arts Presentation in 2013, a TLA Sports Scholarship in 2014, and an Edusave Scholarship in 2010.
