Ralf Waibel

Ralf Waibel has extensive experience in human resources, starting their career in 1989 at Robert Bosch GmbH as an Organisationsprogrammierer and later transitioning to a Human Resources Business Partner. Ralf then held various human resources managerial roles at Faurecia, including Manager Human Resources Country Coordination Germany and Human Resources Manager for Ford/GM/Fiat Division. In 2004, they became the Human Resources Manager at Alcoa Extrusions Hannover GmbH & Co.KG. In 2009, Waibel joined RICOH Deutschland GmbH as the Director of Human Resources. Ralf continued their career at Ricoh Europe, serving as the Human Resources Director for Europe and later becoming the Human Resources Director for Germany. Currently, Waibel is the Director of Human Resources for Austria and Finland at BRP-Rotax GmbH & Co KG.

Ralf Waibel attended Leibniz Akademie Hannover from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, specifically in the field of Betriebswirt (VWA).
