Anne-Sophie Masse

Anne-Sophie Masse is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Manager & Business Partner at BRP since May 2018, Anne-Sophie leads regional HR initiatives for the Asia Pacific region, contributing as a member of the Management Committee. Prior roles include Advisor in Talent Management at PSP Investments, where responsibilities encompassed performance and leadership development, and earlier experience at BRP focused on talent and organizational development. Additionally, Anne-Sophie worked in Human Resources at the Institut national de santé publique du Québec, specializing in engagement and performance management. Anne-Sophie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from HEC Montréal and Université de Montréal, respectively.
