Ashish Pandita

Ashish Pandita is a seasoned professional in the fields of embedded software and automotive engineering, currently serving as a Business Architect for Embedded Software at BRP since June 2021, where responsibilities include establishing software development processes based on ASPICE best practices. Previously, Ashish held roles such as BMS Test Lead, focusing on HiL testing for Battery Management Systems, and VMEC SiL Integration and Controls Simulation Engineer at General Motors, where engine and electrification controls simulation environments were developed. Additional experience includes positions at Minecat, Lowe's Canada, CIBC, Canadian Tire Corporation, Honda R&D Americas, Inc., John Deere, and Larsen & Toubro, where expertise ranged from sales and marketing to engine performance analysis and project engineering. Ashish holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Concordia University.
