Cong-Long Nguyen, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Cong-Long is currently employed at BRP as an Electronics Hardware Design Lead for EV Products. Prior to this, they held roles at BRP as a Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer and Electronics Hardware Engineer for EV Products.

Before joining BRP, Cong-Long Nguyen worked at Alizeti Electric Bike Systems as a Research Engineer. During their time there, they successfully completed four projects, including the development of advanced power converters for hybrid wind and solar energy systems, the design of an advanced battery charger for electric vehicles, and verification of experimental power converters.

Prior to their role at Alizeti Electric Bike Systems, Cong-Long Nguyen served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at École de technologie supérieure, where they worked on the development of energy management strategies for renewable energy systems, including multiple microbial fuel cells. Cong-Long also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Ulsan, where they focused on optimal control strategies for renewable energy conversion systems.

Cong-Long Nguyen's early career included a role as a Product Engineer at Intel Corporation. Cong-Long completed their PhD while working as a Graduate Researcher and Teaching Assistant, where they undertook various industrial projects related to wind power, battery utilization, power factor correction, and battery charger control strategies.

Through their work experience, Cong-Long Nguyen has demonstrated expertise in electronics hardware design, renewable energy systems, power converters, optimal control strategies, and energy management.

Cong-Long Nguyen, PhD earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ulsan, completing their education from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, where they attended from 2005 to 2010. Cong-Long has also obtained a certification in Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services in 2021.
