Vi Nguyen

Vi NGUYEN is an experienced business analyst specializing in people analytics, currently working at BRP since April 2022, where the role focuses on transforming company insights for HR and leadership. Previously, Vi served as an HRIS Functional Analyst at Behaviour Interactive, supporting the deployment of various HRIS modules, and as an HRIS & Benefits Specialist at Keywords Studios, coordinating employee benefits and HR reporting for Canada. With a strong background in compensation and benefits analysis from Société Générale, Vi has also contributed to HR projects and reporting at FRANFINANCE and worked in various HR roles at SNCF. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Licence in Private Law from Paris XI.
