Matt Kempf

Matt is an Associate at BRR and leads their team in Seattle, Washington. In his 8 years at BRR, Matt has worked for retail and entertainment clients on new construction, tenant improvement, remodel and takeover projects of varying sizes. He has managed more than 30 Nike projects, and is experienced leading all project phases, from design development, through construction document production and administration. Matt’s attention to detail and ability to efficiently and successfully coordinate complex projects with project owners, vendors, engineers and other consultants has been an essential element to numerous clients’ programs.
