Constantine P. Doukas

Constantine P. Doukas possesses extensive experience in operations management within the maritime industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at BRS Shipbrokers since September 2023. Previously, Constantine held similar positions at Navigational Logistics from July 2021 to September 2023, and at Genco Shipping & Trading Limited from November 2015 to January 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Operations Manager/Vessel Operator at Independence Maritime Agency, Inc. from October 2006 to November 2015. Constantine earned a Master of Science degree in International Transportation Management from the State University of New York Maritime College, completing the program between 2003 and 2006.
