Charles Grier

Charles “Chuck” Grier has more than 40 years of experience working in the construction industry, with 35 of those years at Utility Contractors, Inc. (UCI). He has held numerous positions at UCI, including his current position as chairman and CEO of UCI and its parent holding company, FTF Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Grier is committed to the community and has served on several non-profit boards, including Goodwill Industries, Heartspring, YMCA, Ronald McDonald House, and the Quivira Council. He has also received awards for his long-term service to the Boy Scouts of America. He is currently a vice-chair of the Kansas Chamber of Commerce, a past president of State Chapters of the Associated General Contractors of America in Kansas and Oklahoma, a lifetime national director of the AGC of America, and a member of the International CEO and Rotary.
