Amanda Wencel

Amanda Wencel, CHRP, currently serves as a Human Resources Assistant in Employee and Labour Relations at Bruce Power since October 2021, with a step-up role as a Human Resources Specialist (Labour Relations) set to continue until September 2024. Prior to this, Amanda held various human resources positions at Community Living Kincardine and District from August 2017 to October 2021, focusing on compliance, recruitment, volunteer management, and HR strategy. Amanda's earlier experience includes working as a Resume Strategist and Career Transition Specialist at Contact Coaching and Training and as a Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International and Comparative Studies from Huron University and completed further education at Fanshawe College between 2019 and April 2023.
