Karen Smith

Karen Smith, MBA, serves as the Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Bruce Power, having previously held positions such as Director of Human Resources for both HR Business Partners and Talent Management. Prior to joining Bruce Power, Karen worked as a Marketing Coordinator at BlackBerry. Karen holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, completed between 2019 and 2021, and has additional education from the Schulich School of Business at York University during the same timeframe.
