Shane Broomall

Mr. Broomall was appointed Kraton Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022. In his role, Mr. Broomall is responsible for leading Kraton's overall human resources strategy, organizational design, global talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations for Kraton. Prior to serving in this role, Mr. Broomall led multiple HR functions within Kraton since 2015, including his most recent appointment as Senior Director of Human Resources and Total Rewards. Before Kraton, Mr. Broomall held several HR leadership positions at Cemex, Inc. and Mueller Company.

Mr. Broomall has a BA in Psychology from the University of West Florida and is a Certified Labor Relations Leader from Michigan State University.
