Troy Downs, MIR, MBA, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Employee and Labour Relations at Bruce Power, a role held since November 2016, where leadership of a dedicated team of HR Business Partners and Labour Relations professionals is emphasized. Prior experience includes roles as Labour Relations Manager and Senior Labour Relations Specialist at Bruce Power, and leadership positions in both Human Resources and Operations at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. Troy is a graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration program from Ivey Business School at Western University and has also completed the Leadership Track Graduate Program in Operations Management and Supervision at Maple Leaf Foods, a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Queen's University, and an Honors Specialization in Sociology from Western University.
