Umang Desai-P.eng

Umang Desai-P.Eng, PMP, LBC is an experienced Senior Program Manager at Bruce Power, with a career spanning over two decades in project management and engineering. Starting as a Mechanical Engineer at Essar, Umang established a foundation in mechanical engineering before advancing to quality assurance roles at Tube-Fab Ltd and ThyssenKrupp Northern Elevator. At Husky Injection Molding Systems, Umang held positions from Quality Specialist to Product Manager and Project Manager, focusing on global operational excellence. Since June 2017, Umang has been contributing to Bruce Power in various managerial capacities, including Program and Portfolio Management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from G.M. Chaudhari Polytechnic.
