Guillermo Jorge is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles. Since February 2019, Guillermo has served as a partner at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja. Guillermo is also a member representing Argentina in ICC FraudNet, a global network of fraud specialists, since January 2016. Guillermo holds academic positions as a Global Adjunct Professor at New York University School of Law and as a Professor at Universidad de San Andres since 2004. From March 2006 until February 2019, Guillermo was the Founder and Managing Partner of Governance Latam, focusing on business ethics, anti-bribery, and corruption asset recovery. Prior to this, Guillermo was a partner at Moreno Ocampo Abogados, where the focus was on anticorruption programs and criminal litigation. Guillermo's education includes an LLM in Criminal Law and International Human Rights from Harvard Law School, a fellowship at Stanford University in Corruption & Development, and a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
