Previously, Ivaylo held the position of Condition Monitoring Specialist at SKF Group and spent over six years at Brüel & Kjær Vibro in various roles, including Technical Lead Diagnostics and Diagnostics Engineer, focusing on monitoring templates and vibration analysis for wind turbine platforms. Prior experience includes responsibilities as a Technical Support & Planning, Predictive Maintenance responsible and Service Engineer at Vestas, where Ivaylo managed customer communication and turbine maintenance activities. Early career roles included engineering positions at P&O Cruises and Stamco S.M. Ivaylo's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Mechanical and Marine Engineering from Technical University of Varna, along with a certification as a Master Analyst in ISO CAT IV Vibration Analysis.
