Miriam Kessler

Miriam Kessler currently serves as a Spezialistin Talent Akquisition at BRUGG Pipes since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kessler worked as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Kantonspital Baden from August to November 2022 and held a temporary position as a Kindergärterin at Gemeinde Häusern from March to August 2022. From March 2021 to March 2022, Kessler provided häusliche Pflege, which included wound care post-amputation and patient mobilization, alongside assisting hospital personnel. Additionally, Kessler was the Betriebsleitung & HR Managerin at Verein Tagesstrukturen from November 2019 to June 2021, focusing on organizational development and HR processes, while also serving as a Pädagogische Leiterin. Kessler holds a Bachelor of Science in Arbeits-, Organisations- & Personalpsychologie from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW and has completed various educational programs in social pedagogy and special education.
