Ross Watson

Ross Watson is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Planning at Bruichladdich Distillery Company since August 2025. Prior to this role, Ross held the position of Supply Chain Director at BrewDog from November 2018 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading UK and international supply chain operations and managing an £11M distribution budget with a team of 50. At Genius Foods, from June 2016 to October 2018, Ross restructured the supply chain to enhance service levels and opened a new French base. Earlier experience includes roles at Remy Cointreau, where as Supply Chain Manager, Ross transitioned UK operations and implemented new systems, and multiple positions at Maxxium and JF Hillebrand. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
